Burrows GM Ltd. Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

All entrants must agree to observe these terms and conditions. The submission of any entry shall be deemed to indicate the acceptance of these terms & conditions.

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over except:

• Employees of Burrows Grass Machinery Limited or any associated company of Burrows Grass Machinery Limited or their immediate families.
• Persons connected with the prize draw and their immediate families.
• Entrants from commercial or non-domestic companies or organisations.

No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. Entry to the competition can be made in the following way:

• Registering with Burrows GM Ltd as a Burrows Club member - please note, to qualify for membership of the Burrows Club, you must live within a 30 mile radius of a Burrows GM showroom.
• Test drive an Iseki Garden tractor as arranged by a member of Burrows GM showroom staff.
• All showroom customers that purchase from a Burrows GM showroom in March, April, May and June 2008 will be offered the opportunity to join the Burrows Club and will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

Entries must be received by Burrows GM Ltd before 30th June 2008. Late entries will not be considered.
Only one entry is permitted per household. Third party registrations will not be accepted.
The entrant is responsible for the delivery of the entry. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The draw will take place on Monday 7th July 2008.
There is one prize of £500 to be won through Burrows GM Leyland Branch and one prize of £500 to be won through Burrows GM Stafford Branch.
The winner will be drawn independantly and at random from all valid entries recieved and will be notified by email within 72 hours of the draw date.
The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the judges decision.
Should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize (for whatever reason), the judge will then redraw the entries and an alternative winner will be selected and notified.
No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable.
A prize cannot be awarded to a person who for any reason would not be allowed by law to purchase or use the prize.
Names of winners will be posted on www.burrowsgm.co.uk.
For winners details please send an email to sales@burrowsgm.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.
All competition winners must allow Burrows GM to make full use of publicity, although personal details will remain confidential.
